Organization

Commercial authority supported by independent control.

Board oversight, executive leadership, regional commercial authority and independent control align around every physical transaction.

Leadership and governance

Clear responsibility from Board oversight to cargo close-out.

Kafra Core Group is led by José Mateo Eguiguren, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer and Group Head of Trading. The Chief of Staff coordinates the CEO office and cross-hub governance, while commercial leadership, trade finance, cargo execution and independent control remain separately accountable.

Trading, operations, risk, compliance and settlement responsibilities are segregated. Material commitments, new counterparties, limit changes and control exceptions follow defined authority and escalation procedures.

Single global position book

Trades, exposures and operational milestones are maintained through one controlled record.

02

24-hour regional coverage

Dubai, Geneva, New York and Hong Kong extend the Group's working day across principal markets.

03

Formal desk handover

Open positions, cargo events, approvals and exceptions transfer through a documented cross-hub process.

04

Escalation above authority

Limit exceptions, new counterparties and material deviations move through the defined approval chain.

Hub responsibilities

Trading and banking in Geneva. Origination and execution in Dubai.

The two principal hubs have distinct mandates and operate through shared transaction records, approval standards and escalation routes. New York and Hong Kong extend regional relationship coverage without fragmenting commercial or control accountability.

Control architecture

Segregation, dual approval and escalation.

Trading cannot independently complete operations or settlement. Nominations, documentary changes, letters of credit and payment instructions require the designated operational and financial controls.

New counterparties, transactions outside delegated authority, limit changes and material exceptions escalate to senior management and, where required, the Board.

Risk and compliance standards

Operating locations

Two principal hubs. Four coordinated markets.

Geneva and Dubai form the principal operating hubs. Kafra Core Group LLC anchors the Group's U.S. presence and Americas-facing relationships in New York, while Hong Kong extends Asia-Pacific market coverage.
