Contract
Agree product, delivery basis, price, title, documents and payment mechanics.
Trade finance
Financing and settlement structures are developed for the specific contract, cargo, counterparties, banks and documentary obligations.
Transaction finance
Kafra Core coordinates trade-finance requirements with its counterparties and banking relationships. Instrument type, issuer acceptability, wording, authentication, tenor, document conditions and reimbursement mechanics are reviewed before a commercial obligation is treated as financeable.
No reference on this website represents that a bank has approved, issued or committed an instrument for a specific transaction.

Complete bank-to-bank payment, reconciliation, release and transaction close-out.
Structures considered
The appropriate structure depends on counterparty credit, product, title point, cargo cycle, bank appetite and documentary complexity.
Irrevocable letters of credit subject to agreed documentary conditions and, where applicable, UCP 600.
Standby letters of credit or demand guarantees under agreed rules, including ISP98, UCP 600 or URDG 758 where selected.
Documents against payment or acceptance where the counterparty and transaction risk profile permit.
Controlled advance-payment, escrow or milestone structures where the underlying security and release conditions are acceptable.
Discounting or receivables-backed structures subject to obligor, assignment and bank approval.
Facilities linked to eligible inventory, title, storage, insurance and controlled collateral arrangements.
Documentary alignment
Product description, quantity tolerance, shipment period, ports, title documents, inspection evidence and presentation deadlines are aligned across the sale contract and the applicable bank instrument.
Amendments are authenticated and approved before reliance. Payment-instruction changes are independently verified through established channels.
Bank messaging
Depending on the structure, bank communications may include authenticated SWIFT messages such as MT700, MT760, MT799 and MT103. Message type alone does not establish credit approval or payment security; the issuing institution, content, authentication and governing conditions remain decisive.
